Eau de Parfum by Demeter

Demeter Fragrance Library is well-known for its single-note fragrances inspired by everyday scents. While they produced a variety of fragrances, Eau de Parfum is a minimalist fragrance, embodying a light and clean scent.

As it is meant to be a minimalist fragrance, Eau de Parfum doesn’t have different layers of top, heart, and base notes. The scent stays consistent from start to finish. While some found this scent to be appealing, others found the scent to be too plain. Some even found the scent to be “soapy,” evoking more a smell of laundry detergent or shampoo than an actual perfume. Additionally, due to the single-note compositions, the fragrance lacked longevity, which wasn’t appealing to those who were looking for a long-lasting fragrance.

Eau de Parfum reflects the brand’s character: straightforward, familiar, and easy to wear. While some people found the fragrance to be underwhelming, it can be an appealing fragrance to those who enjoy light and fresh fragrances.
