Collaboration Perfume
Would you believe that a character can come to life with a scent that represents their characteristics? This happened to one of my favorite characters in a webtoon called After School Lessons for Unripe Apples. A funding happened to create and sell different items related to the webtoon for fans, and one of the items was perfumes that represented the two main characters. I first expected the scent to be unoriginal as it’s only a collaboration, but the perfume surprised me by exactly representing the character’s through the scent!
The first perfume is called the Sweet Green Apple, which represents Miae, who is one of the main characters of the webtoon.
Just like the name, the perfume has the sweet but sour scent of a green apple, representing her boldness. It’s a perfume that would suit a teenage girl, which is the age of Miae, too.
The second perfume, called the Woody Chic Apple, represents Cheol. He’s another main character who has a more quiet and manly personality.
Behind every perfume is a story related to the scent. Next time, try to find a perfume that you can find personal connections with!
